Most of what I do involves mixing live music, both from the front and on stage, as well as recording and mixing.

As the founder and sole employee of Douma Audio Techniek, I, Niels Douma, embody a journey fueled by passion, dedication, and a profound love for music. Born in 1992 in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands, my childhood was immersed in the world of music, igniting a lifelong interest in drums and music production software.

My pursuit of excellence led me to pursue studies in stage and event engineering at Friesland College D'drive Leeuwarden, where I honed my skills and laid the groundwork for my future career. Following my education, I embarked on a freelance journey as an audio engineer, collaborating with local venues and sound companies to refine my craft.
